Meet Danielle

Hi, I’m Danielle, and I am a licensed clinical social worker! I’m passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults to help them build confidence, develop coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, individuals with emotional disorders, as well as several years of experience working in school settings supporting students receiving IEP services.

My areas of focus include anxiety and worries, social skills and friendships, behavioral challenges at home or school, coping with life transitions, and trauma recovery. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps clients process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences, empowering them to move forward with greater peace and resilience. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a trauma-informed framework to support emotional growth and self-acceptance.

I work closely with parents, providing practical strategies and guidance to support their child’s growth at home and in school. I also deeply believe in the power of play; not only as a way for children to express and process emotions, but also as a meaningful tool for connection and healing at any age. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel supported in their growth and healing.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, including hiking with my dog, skiing in the winter, and paddleboarding in the summer. I also never turn down a good mini dance party.
